TS Recruitment are actively working with a Tiling contractor who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager to work on commercial projects.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Commercially manage tiling projects with values circa £150k
• Carry out site visits to conduct valuations, variations to submit to the main contractor
• Subcontractor / direct staff wages and timesheet approval
• Order materials for site, organise labour and visit site
• A mixed role including office and site work
• Client interaction including attending prestart meetings and site meetings

• Project value circa £150k
• Specialist tiling contractor
• Work for renowned Tier 2 main contractors
• Work on commercial projects such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, schools and healthcare facilities

Knowledge/Experience:

• A strong technical knowledge on tiling
• QS degree preferred but not essential
• 5 years minimum experience
• Good IT skills and able to complete reports
• Full UK driving license
