We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our client on a long-term, self-employed basis, with multiple new projects commencing in 2026. While they specialise in a range of residential projects from Refurbs, Extensions & new builds - the upcoming projects are predominantly new builds so would be important that you are someone who has experience running new sites from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering residential projects new builds or refurbishments.
• High-end project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge across all trades, with a preferable background in Carpentry.
• SMSTS certification is preferred.
• Ability to lead on-site, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
