External Package Manager

We are seeking an experienced External Works Package Manager to oversee and drive delivery of all civils, groundworks, piling and associated external packages on a major high-rise project in Tottenham Hale.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of civils, groundworks, piling, drainage, utilities, hard/soft landscaping and public realm interfaces.

• Lead subcontractor coordination, progress tracking, quality control and H&S compliance.

• Review drawings, RAMS, ITPs and ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specification.

• Liaise closely with design teams, the main contractor s site management, logistics and commercial teams.

• Troubleshoot on-site issues, drive productivity and maintain high standards.

• Report on progress, risks and upcoming requirements.

• Strong experience managing external works packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use builds.

• Proven background in groundworks, piling and civils coordination.

• Ability to manage subcontractors effectively on a fast-paced site.

• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid (desirable).

• Available for immediate start.
