We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing properties. The role involves coordinating trades, keeping the programme on track, maintaining good communication with tenants, and ensuring work is completed safely and to a good standard.

What's needed:

• Experience in social housing refurbishment

• Confident managing occupied works

• SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS

• Strong organisational and communication skills
