Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer

We are recruiting a number of foot mobile fabric engineers for a growing service provider, to be based in London. In these foot mobile maintenance positions you will be working either on the East or West London patch, be reporting to a brilliant supervisor and you will be thoroughly encouraged to develop and progress your skills within building services maintenance.

In addition to a starting salary of up to £38,000 this company is offering:

Within these foot mobile fabric technician roles you will be working in a cluster of commercial offices in your patch. You role will be a good mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance and will include:

• Weekly and Monthly PPMs
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• Water testing and temperature checks
• Carpentry
• Maintenance of doors and fire door checks
• Lighting fixtures and fittings, LED installations

For this Fabric Maintenance role based in London we are looking for:

• Experience within a similar building services maintenance role
• Experience of PPMs and reactive maintenance
• A bias towards carpentry, a carpentry qualification would be highly desirable
• A great attitude and client facing skills
• Experience of reporting work on a CAFM system, JobLogic is highly desirable
• Keen to work a foot mobile position in London
