Foot mobile Electrician

We have a new role for a building services maintenance electrician, to work on a prestigious commercial contract in London in a foot mobile position. In addition to a starting salary of c£45,000 you will be given:

• Travel card zones 1-2 for between sites travel

Within this varied Foot Mobile Electrician role, you will either be working in a West or East London patch, and be responsible for the electrical maintenance of a small cluster of high spec commercial offices. This is a Monday to Friday role. Your foot mobile Electrical Engineer role will include:

• Weekly and Monthly PPMs
• Reactive maintenance across your cluster
• Minor installations
• Power, lighting, alarm systems
• AHU, FCU and mechanical plant maintenance
• Working in a dedicated team of engineers

For this Foot Mobile Electrician role in London we are looking for:

• Electrical qualifications, Level 2 and 3 and 18th edition
• If not fully qualified, the a strong desire to complete your qualifications
• Multi skilled maintenance experience
• A great attitude
• Experience of using a CAFM system, JobLogic would be ideal
