This ambitious high-end residential contractor is entering a new growth phase and is looking to appoint their first Site Manager. After a standout first year with 2m in turnover, the business currently has five live projects and a strong pipeline ready for next year.
You'll work directly alongside the business owner, playing a key role in shaping the future of the company, with a clear route to progress into a Contracts Manager role within 2-3 years.

The Role
Your first project will be a 600k extension to a 3m occupied home in Twickenham, delivering premium quality work for High-Net-Worth clients. You'll take full ownership of site delivery, ensuring exceptional standards, strong client relationships, and effective management of subcontractors from start to finish.

You Will Be
From a trade background, with the ability to build and problem-solve on site.
Confident, professional, and client-facing, particularly on occupied residences.
Quality-driven, with pride in your work and high expectations of subcontractors.
A hands-on leader who can manage, motivate, and uphold standards on site.
Experienced in high-end residential work (highly desirable).
Ambitious and driven, excited to grow with a rapidly expanding business.
