The Role:

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys across commercial, industrial and residential properties.
• Collect bulk samples and ensure accurate, high-quality reporting.
• Deliver detailed and professional survey reports in a timely manner.
• Engage with clients, tenants and management teams, representing the company professionally.
• Stay up to date with asbestos health & safety legislation and industry best practices.

What We re Looking For:

• BOHS P402/RSPH3 certification (essential).
• A minimum of two years experience conducting asbestos surveys.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with TEAMS software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
