Apply Now! Exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Mate based in Heathrow to join a reputable Sub Contractor on a contract basis.

The position is available and a proposed start date of the 5th January 2026 with an expected contract length of 3-4 months.

The first phase of works is 3-4 months working on the Heathrow Express (Rail) and the client will look to move people onto the Heathrow Terminal works upon completion. The Terminal works is expected to run until 2027

• Assisting skilled mechanical and electrical trades with installation, maintenance, and assembly tasks.
• Supporting the fitting and fixing of mechanical components as per project specifications.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Mate within a construction or electrical environment.
• Valid PTS certification and relevant experience working on large-scale projects.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices relevant to the role.

Rates are competitive with a standard shift pattern. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.
