We are currently recruiting Labourers / Porters to work within luxury hotels to start on the 5th of January 2026, assisting with the movement of high-value and delicate furniture. The role requires careful handling, professionalism, and a strong awareness of guest environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely move, lift, and position expensive hotel furniture and fixtures
Handle items with care to avoid damage
Work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
Follow all health and safety procedures
Maintain a professional attitude while working in guest areas
Support management with any additional manual-handling duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in labouring, portering, or manual-handling roles (preferred)
Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items safely
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work carefully around expensive and delicate items
PPE may be required depending on the hotel/site
CSCS Card required
