Maintain compliance with CDM regulations, sustainability standards, and timber-frame safety and quality guidance.  Client & Stakeholder Management   Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.  Handover to Delivery   Produce comprehensive pre-construction handover documentation. The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in undertaking multidisciplinary topographical surveys, and be proficient in laser data scanning, track surveys, gauging using a range of techniques and equipment such as GPS, Trimble Total Stations, Trimble Scanners, Trimble Gedo System and Laser sweep, alongside proficiency in creating as-built models. You must be flexible to work nights and weekends as there is a requirement to work 2 in 4 weekends (depending on workload), along with a full UK driving license. The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a rail environment, but this is not essential. The client is a specialist engineering company that offers a wide range of surveying, design, and consulting services within the railway industry across the Northwest of England.
