Location: North London / Inside the M25 (North of the Thames)
Salary: From £20 per hour + Overtime Enhancements (Approx. £52,000 per annum)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting a Multi Trade Operative - Electrical to join our team. The role involves carrying out shop-fitting, commercial maintenance, electrical repairs and general building fabric tasks for clients within the Retail/Services sector.
This is a mobile role covering North London and surrounding M25 areas, with a company van provided.

Multi Trade Operative - Electrical - Role Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding, testing and repairs
• Minor electrical installations
• Shop-fitting and general commercial maintenance
• Basic carpentry, plumbing and handyman tasks
• Replacement of locks, ironmongery and door furniture
• Responding to planned and reactive maintenance jobs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Accurate completion of job sheets and reporting

Multi Trade Operative - Electrical - Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition ideal)
• Experience in multi-trade or general building maintenance
• Competent with basic plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Full, clean UK driving licence (van provided)
• CSCS card desirable but not essential
