We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works for a social housing provider in South Yorkshire.
Role Overview:
As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will carry out a variety of joinery tasks within occupied and void properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake joinery repairs, installations, and maintenance in social housing properties.
Carry out additional multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, or patch plastering where required.
Work to agreed timescales and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Joiner, ideally within social housing or similar environments.
Ability to complete multi-trade tasks to a good standard.
Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
