Job Description
Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Technical Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying residential properties, with a strong understanding of energy efficiency measures and retrofit solutions.
Job description:
- Prepare accurate reports, drawings, and specifications for retrofit installations.
- Carry out detailed technical surveys of properties to assess suitability for retrofit measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, retrofit technologies, and sustainability practices.
- Liaise with assessor, customers and installers.
- Working across the North East on various ECO projects.
Person specification:
- Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Gas qualifications are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 standards and retrofit coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and produce accurate reports.
- Flexible, positive approach to work.
- Willing to travel across the UK when required (accommodation & expenses paid)
- Must have or be willing to do a basic DBS check before starting employment.
