Fabric Supervisor

Are you a Fabric Supervisor, with a level 2 carpentry qualification or M&E qualifications who is looking to work for a new company at an exciting time of their growth?

We are recruiting a static fabric supervisor for a flagship head office site, this is a high spec commercial office building, for a world famous organisation.

• In addition to a starting salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, you will also be rewarded with a private healthcare package and access to further training and development on successful pass of your probation period.

You will be joining a dynamic Service Provider as them embark on significant expansion within London. You will be working for highly motivated managers and you will be inspired daily within your role. This is a static Fabric Supervisor position, Monday - Friday.

Within this Static Fabric Supervisor role you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers on a flagship head office site. This is a varied role covering both supervisory duties and hands on building services maintenance. This role is based near Waterloo station. Your Fabric Supervisor role will include:

• Team management of a small team of static engineers
• Client interaction and senior stake holder engagement
• Reporting through use of the Job Logic CAFM system
• PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring full compliance of your building
• Responsible for specialist sub contractor on site

For this Fabric Supervisor role we are looking for:

• A level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or a level 2 in electrical or plumbing - a qualification within a trade is essential for this role
• Experience of supervising a building services engineering team on a static site
• Experience of working within high end, high spec commercial buildings
• In depth knowledge of compliance, health and safety and building regulations
• A great attitude and strong leadership skills
