This post attracts an essential car user allowance Interim Fire Risk Officer Ensure an efficient and effective maintenance of all properties managed by the Council in relation to Fire Safety and compliance to CDM 2007 Regulations, iii) Contribute to the implementation of a Fire Strategy and supporting Performance Management Framework. Prepare and monitor fire risk assessments of premises as required by the fire safety legislation and ensure the dissemination and practical application of fire risk assessments. Provide fire safety advice on the interpretation and implementation of the Firecode and other legislation to all Stakeholders.
