We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical services on a secure MOD refurbishment project in London.

The successful candidate will manage site activities to ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance while coordinating with the wider construction and MEP project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise mechanical installation activities on site
• Ensure compliance with MOD security protocols, CDM regulations, and H&S standards
• Review RAMS, method statements, and ensure procedures are followed
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report accordingly
• Support commissioning and handover activities
• Maintain QA documentation and ensure all work meets required specification

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on complex construction projects
• Background in MEP building services installation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive performance on site
• MOD or secure project experience highly advantageous
• CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid preferred
