Clearfield Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on behalf of our client. The project is a new residential development in Taverham, Norfolk, currently in the early groundworks stage, so strong experience managing groundwork contractors is essential.

Requirements:

CSCS card

First Aid at Work

SMSTS

Proven experience managing residential construction sites

Strong understanding of groundworks, site safety, and early-stage coordination

Ability to oversee subcontractors and maintain high standards of H&S compliance

Role Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site supervision

Ensuring site safety and maintaining H&S compliance

Coordinating groundworks trades on site

Managing site paperwork and reporting

Acting as the main point of contact for the client during the cover period
