Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handover Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams Lead site meetings and maintain strong client relationships Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Monitor progress against programme and manage risks effectively Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure quality standards are met Support commissioning, testing, and final project handover Requirements ONC/HNC qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline (City & Guilds) Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects Strong understanding of HVAC, public health, and mechanical systems Experience managing budgets and commercial aspects of projects Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., Building Regulations, CIBSE guidelines) Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software Desirable Skills Experience in BIM coordination Experience working on large-scale or complex projects What We Offer Competitive salary Professional development and training support Opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects
