Customer & Stakeholder Advisor

I'm working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who are looking to appoint a Customer & Stakeholder Advisor to support major infrastructure projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys community engagement, improving customer experience, and working closely with project teams to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll be a key part of the project team, helping shape customer strategy, gathering insights, supporting service improvements, and ensuring local communities feel informed, supported and engaged. The Role

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, project teams, communities and stakeholders.

  • Gather insights, measure customer experience and report on key satisfaction metrics.

  • Analyse customer data, identify trends and support continuous improvement.

  • Develop engagement plans and produce case studies on project initiatives.

  • Support digital engagement channels including social media, project apps and online updates.

  • Liaise with residents, businesses and stakeholders to communicate project developments.

  • Support and deliver community activities, including school and STEM events.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to champion best practice in customer service.

About You

  • Experience in a customer, community or stakeholder-focused role.

  • Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable analysing data and presenting insights clearly.

  • Empathetic, approachable and able to build rapport with ease.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and confident using digital engagement tools.
