Demolition Operative

Exeter, Devon 20 - 23 per hour (CIS available) Full-Time 8:00am Start 3-6 Months

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting eight Demolition Labourers to join a reputable contractor at the University of Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking long-term, full-time work on a well-managed site. Work is due to start Monday 24th November.

• Carry out soft strip demolition work across the site.

• Remove and dispose of site waste safely and efficiently.

• Support site health and safety procedures and comply with site rules.

• Work collaboratively with the site team to maintain smooth operations.

• Valid CCDO Card, green, blue or gold

• Full PPE, including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, and steel-toe boots.

• Previous experience in demolition

• Reliable, punctual, and able to start at 8:00am.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to health and safety.

• Competitive pay rate dependant on experience

• CIS payment option available.

• 3-6 months of consistent, full-time work.
