About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Liverpool. This role will focus on high-rise construction projects, managing them from inception to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee high-rise construction projects from start to finish

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met

• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement solutions where necessary

• Produce project reports and updates for management and clients

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise construction, industrial, or engineering projects

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Full UK driving licence preferred
