Project Manager

Tier 2 Main Contractor based in West London and covering New Build RC Frame and Trad Build Housing Projects for Local Authority and Housing Association Clients ranging from 10m - 25m within the London area are looking to recruit a Project Manager to initially working from Head Office on Pre-Construction before Project goes to Site.
The role will involve Managing a Site Team, Client Facing, Responsible for Programme, Planning, H&S, Reporting, working closely with the QS / Commercial team to ensure Profitability, Etc and Reporting into a Director.
Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Construction and have delivered Projects of a similar size and type before.
