Caretaker/Housing Officer- 28,000 per annum.

Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.50pm

Working on site managing a block of 25 flats based in E1.

You will be managing the blockof flats, fault finding, dealing with basic maintenance issues and raising job sheets for any works that need to carried out by a contractor. Contacting and arranging relevant maintenance contractors.

Dealing with tenants queries in a professional and friendly manner

Dealing with new check ins of arrivals

Basic customer service and admin duties.
