Architectural Technician / Technologist

LB Design Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary architectural practice renowned for delivering beautifully crafted projects across the residential sector from one-off luxury homes and transformative extensions to small housing developments and bespoke new-builds.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team.

In this role, you will initially support senior team members in producing quality working drawings, technical details and building regulation packages in response to a busy and varied project pipeline. As you progress, your responsibilities will naturally broaden to include work across both the planning and technical stages, giving you valuable exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a UK practice working across all RIBA stages
• Strong technical ability with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK (proof required)
