An established, accredited fire protection business is growing fast and we're on the hunt for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join the team. If you thrive on keeping projects commercially sharp, financially controlled, and running like clockwork from tender through to final account, you re going to fit in nicely. The role is based in the South East and we will consider someone working a hybrid role.

What you ll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing tender documents, cost plans, and valuations
• Managing applications for payment, variations, and final accounts
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
• Supporting contract negotiations and maintaining positive client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry accreditations (FIRAS, ASFP, etc.)
• Working closely with Operations and Finance to monitor project performance

What we re looking for

• Experience in fire protection, construction, or building services (fire doors/fire stopping experience is a real bonus)
• Solid understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and cost control
• Sharp attention to detail and confidence handling data and reports
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Someone driven, professional, and ready to grow within a supportive team
