Job Description

Konnect are looking a part time site administrator for a residential developer near Guildford.

This is an office/site based role - the ideal candidate will be expected to work 3 days a week (hours are flexible).

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing project documents - drawings, specifications, reports etc.

  • To be able to manage and use company software to monitor plot progress, training will be provided for each bit of software.

  • Download weekly site data and keep relevant people up to date.

  • Maintain regular communication with subcontractors and site teams.

  • Prepare reports and document logs for client review.

  • Update site teams on plot progress.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.

  • Good IT knowledge.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in document control software.

  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.
