You will be based out of the main office in Leeds, collecting a company vehicle daily to travel between properties. Key Responsibilities: Void Preparation (Primary): Conducting deep cleans and sparkle cleans to ensure all properties meet strict handover standards. Maintenance & Remedial Work: During quieter periods, you will assist with property upkeep, including: Touch-up painting and scuff repair. Installing curtain poles and tracks (using hand/power tools). Hanging curtains and window dressings. Logistics: Operating the company van to transport supplies and materials between sites Candidate Requirements: Full UK Driving License: Essential. You must be confident navigating the Leeds area in a commercial vehicle. Practical Experience: Must be competent with basic DIY tasks (drilling, screwing, painting) to install curtain poles and perform touch-ups to a professional standard.
