Job Description

Involve Recruitment are searching for a dedicated HR Administrator to support the human resources function within a growing Bridgend office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a fresh challenge at the start of 2026 and develop their HR career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HR with onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and collecting new starter documents

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Assisting with payroll administration and liaison with payroll providers

  • Processing HR-related documentation in line with company policies

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

  • Ensuring confidential handling of sensitive employee information

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

  • Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information appropriately

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR or administrative systems

  • Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential if the business uses it for payroll inputs)
