Job Description
My client is a fast growing D&B fit out main contractor, who currently turnover £6m, which is set to grow to £10m.
You will be based from their newly refurbished head office in Hertfordshire, with working from home also allowed.
Due to the vast amount of work they are pricing at present they are keen to hire a Pre Construction Manager who is able to assist with estimating and commercials, as well as seeing full project cycles through to completion, ensuring the delivery teams are able to meet project budgets. And sending out schedule rates for their retail schemes.
On projects that my client cover - full commercial D&B office fit outs, as well as retail / hospitality projects. Values of £500k - £5m.
