We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day to day running of multiple properties within our managed portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure buildings are well maintained, compliant, and safe for all residents, while coordinating maintenance works, contractors, and inspections efficiently.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair works across multiple sites.
• Ensure health & safety, fire safety, and compliance standards are met at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed condition reports.
• Manage contractors, maintenance teams, and external suppliers to ensure timely completion of works.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal departments to address on site issues promptly.
• Monitor budgets and authorise maintenance expenditure within agreed limits.
• Oversee void works, refurbishments, and handover of new units.
• Maintain accurate records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
• Support the ASB and property management teams when on site issues escalate.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Property Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor (social housing or HMO experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of property compliance (gas, electrical, fire, H&S).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude. The successful candidate will often be required to travel between multiple sites across London and surrounding boroughs, ensuring that all properties managed by Elevate Estates meet the highest standards of safety, presentation, and compliance.

You will be working closely with the Property Management, Maintenance, and Compliance teams, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. A company vehicle or mileage allowance may be provided depending on experience and location.
