We're looking for a motivated No. 2 Site Manager to join a well-established team delivering an award-winning development in Kent. You'll be working for a leading nation Housebuilder that takes pride in building quality homes and supporting career growth.

This is a traditional build scheme that showcases the very best of modern community design. The Site offers a mixture of house types combining high spec private homes with thoughtfully designed affordable housing. With strong build progress already underway and no signs of slowing down this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well run environment.

• Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site
• Helping to drive build programmes while maintaining top standards of H&S and quality
• Coordinating trades, materials and subcontractors
• Ensure NHBC standards and company specs are met at every stage
• Taking pride in delivering homes that exceed customer expectations

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager who is read to step up or No 2 Site Manager on a fast-paced residential development
• Solid technical understanding and familiarity with NHBC standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands on approach
• SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
• A genuine team player who enjoys being part of a professional, high performing site team
