They have a particularly strong relationship within healthcare including ongoing work with a major Nottingham hospital trust, alongside projects in food and beverage and logistics. Around sixty to seventy percent of work is local, with the remainder delivered nationwide. This is an opportunity for an exceptional Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a close knit QS team of four within a traditional consultancy environment. With predominantly traditional procurement and in house design, you will gain broad and meaningful commercial exposure across the full project lifecycle, working closely with experienced senior staff and directors. There is clear progression for individuals who demonstrate commitment and autonomy. Chartership is not essential but full mentorship and support is available. You will be given autonomy to make your own decisions and report directly to the Commercial Director and you will either manage 1 major scheme or several smaller ones whilst giving advice and input into wider company plans. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgets, payments, valuations, CVR's etc and be expected to deal with the client and external professional bodies. They also have a thriving graduate and trainee programme that you will also help with and you will be guiding and developing the next generation of talent.
