Main Objectives of the Assistant Site Manager role: Lead and motivate all site-based operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and oversee adherence to health & safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment Monitor and control the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring all projects meet company and industry standards Ensure the site remains well-organised, clean, and adheres to environmental and waste management policies Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of site activities in line with contractual requirements Maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met, and they experience a high standard of service from PiLON Must-haves and skills required: Experience in refurbishing projects within the social housing sector Construction Skills Certificate Card CSCS Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme SSSTS First Aid qualification Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle Timekeeping and reliability Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines Organised and excellent Microsoft Office skills Desired qualifications: Experience in the social housing sector Site Manager Safety Training Scheme SMSTS Asbestos Awareness Training Health & Safety Awareness Why work with us?
