The Job
Within this Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer role you will be responsible for a variety of multi trade duties on a commercial contract of high end, modern, top spec offices. Your Fabric Engineer role will include:
- PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Basic carpentry including fire doors and general building maintenance
- Basic electrics
- Basic plumbing
- Liaising with the client
- Using a PDA to track and log jobs
You will be given the freedom to perform autonomously within this role and be working for a supervisor that will empower you to succeed in your job!
Requirements
For this Fabric Foot Mobile Engineer role we are looking for:
- Multi trade maintenance experience
- Experience of PPMs
- Strong communication skills
- Multi site, foot mobile experience previously
- Highly motivated to do a good job - this is essential!
