Electrical Project Manager

Connect Grp UK Ltd, on behalf of our prestigious client, is seeking a highly qualified Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in prime residential projects to oversee a high-value electrical installation in an exclusive London estate. This long-term contract role offers the chance to work on a high-profile site near High Street Kensington, delivering luxury residential and commercial projects with precision and excellence.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on projects valued at £1 million or more
• SMSTS Certification
• ECS Manager s Card
• First Aid at Work certification
• Extensive background in prime residential or high-end residential electrical installations and familiarity with first fix, second fix, fire alarm, and security systems

• Manage and coordinate all electrical installation works across the prime residential estate, including first fix, second fix, fire alarm, and security systems
• Ensure project delivery aligns with program milestones, budget (£2 million), and quality standards required in luxury residential environments
• Supervise site-based electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and technical standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including testing, inspection, and certification, in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) regulations
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and design teams to oversee progress, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality results on this prestigious project
