Job Description:
Seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant with proficiency in ARCHICAD and previous professional experience ideally in the UK market, to join my client s multicultural and multidisciplinary architecture team. The ideal candidate will assist through all stages of RIBA under the supervision of ARB qualified Architects on UK based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed architectural drawings using ARCHICAD.
• Assist in creating 3D models, visualizations, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Support Architects in project development and coordination.
• Prepare planning and building regulation submission drawings.
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project progress.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance with codes and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Part II qualification/ equivalent in the UK.
• Professional experience with ARCHICAD software (latest version desirable).
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience in architectural projects using ARCHICAD at a professional level.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction processes.
• Strong understanding of UK building codes.
• Strong understanding and experience of RIBA stages.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in sustainable design.
• Knowledge of ARCHICAD, BIM software and Sketch-up.
