Duties

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
• Supporting tradespeople and other team members with day-to-day tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Moving supplies, equipment, or products around the site as directed
• Preparing work sites by clearing debris or setting up necessary tools and materials
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks when required, including minor repairs or inspections

Skills

• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and working conditions
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key
