Facilities Assistant Silverburn, Blantyre Salary Up to 32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and general building maintenance

• Carry out minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and blockages

• Undertake fabric maintenance, including painting and joinery tasks

• Complete water hygiene tasks, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, and weekly outlet flushing

• Deliver excellent customer service on-site, interacting with clients and the public

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (please note we do not provide work visas)

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Flexibility to respond to reactive maintenance requests as needed
