Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract Supervisor.
The role will support the mobile operations teams to deliver services within the North London & Hertfordshire areas.
The Contract Supervisor will be self motivated and oversee daily operations to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, engaging with team members and residents, conducting site visits, and producing periodic performance reports. The role may also involve interaction with stakeholders to effectively ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Proficiency in operational planning & resource management
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for monitoring service delivery and ensuring compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with clients, residents, and team members
- Knowledge or experience in grounds maintenance, or facility management services is advantageous
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in using digital tools and reporting software
- Ability to travel locally within the London Area to conduct site visits
