Preferred Requirements: - Previous main contractor experience

- Experienced in managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Adept at identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the construction process
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Membership in a professional body, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Proven track record of successful project management in the construction industry
