We're seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Maidstone, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous main contractor experience
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Skilled in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects
• Experienced in managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Adept at identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the construction process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Membership in a professional body, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• Proven track record of successful project management in the construction industry
