Project Manager

Are you ready to take on a major cut & carve scheme in the new yeacentral r, working for this leading contractor in London

• Project Manager (major Cut & Carve, RC works)
• £40m project located in London zone one
• Salary: £100k to £110k + benefits (fantastic prospects for growth)

This contractor has had a successful few months securing some brilliant schemes. They have a strong pipeline starting to build for 2026 and beyond with projects starting to kick off from the first quarter.

They specialise in complex engineering schemes across the capital, so you'll need to have a solid track record working on central London cut & carve/enabling projects up to £50m in value ideally.

You'll come into preconstruction to familiarise yourself with the project, client, team etc and then onto delivery when the scheme starts.

Desired skills/experience:

1. First class client liaison skills
2. Experience with complex London zone 1 projects - logistically challenging sites, temporary works, party wall agreements, façade retention, new basements, etc.
3. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
4. Background can be specialist demolition contractors or civil engineering/cut & carve
