We want to hear from you if you have/are:
Previous experience of working within the Facilities/Estate management arena.
Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous.
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
IT Literate.

Management of engineers, dealing with customer and client. Ideally you will be qualified in IOSH with experience in Facilities Management.

The role available will heavily involve pre planned maintenance due to being a new build critical service environment. The desired individual will be fully qualified with all tickets valid and up to date. You must have shift experience, this position will require you to work a 4 days on and 4 days off pattern, each shift being 12 hours.
