I have been asked to find experienced Project Planners for my client- a large Civil Engineering contractor. They have a long pipeline of work from Birmingham down to Peterborough and are going from strength to strength in their operations across the UK. Candidates will need proficiency of P6 Planning software along with ideally an industry background- understanding of the construction process and not just software is essential for this opportunity. You will also need to have experience of working on NEC contracts. A Civil Engineering degree and a background in Engineering/Site Management/Project Management will be looked upon favourably. This phase of projects will be part of the AMP8 water upgrade scheme, so experience of clean and dirty water projects- structures and pipework will be very useful.
