Job Description

ITS Building People are seeking an experienced and hardworking Plumber to assist our client, a small housing developer, on a project based in Bexhill East Sussex.
Own transport and tools are preferred.

This contract is Monday to Friday and there may be the option to do overtime

Daily Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd fix of new build houses
• Read drawings & specs
• Testing
• All standard safety requirements and operating processes will be expected as standard

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Gas safe isn t essential but experience in new build housing is. All works must be undertaken to an excellent standard
• Own tools and reliable transport.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities.

Rates of Pay

Where a range of pay is quoted, the minimum rate applies to candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and experience listed. Higher rates are dependent on additional experience, qualifications, and related training.
