Site Manager (Housing)
Nottingham
Salary: £65,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the site of a new build housing development circa 100 units
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
• Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
• Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
• Lead site meetings when required
• Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience working as a number 1 housing site manager
• Experience on traditional build and timber frame preferred
• Full UK driving license.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
• NVQ Level 6 preferred
