Job Purpose:

To provide general assistance on site - building refit, supporting tradespeople and ensuring the site is kept safe, clean, and organised.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring duties such as moving materials and equipment.

• Assist tradesmen (e.g. bricklayers, carpenters, plumbers) as required.

• Keep the site clean and tidy, removing waste and debris.

• Load and unload deliveries safely.

• Follow all site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

• Use basic hand tools and equipment when required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous construction or labouring experience (preferred but not essential).

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Valid CSCS card

• Basic understanding of health and safety on site.
