The Commissioning Manager role will include: You will manage and lead all the commissioning for all mechanical, electrical and BMS service on the projects Responsible for the Compilation of all Testing and Commissioning Documentation including verifying and signing off on all results. Assist with the management of all costs within the project team. Management of all day to day on site commissioning operations Reporting progression on all commissioning activities Leading and organizing weekly Commissioning meetings Ensure that all the programme deadlines are achieved as well as overseeing MEP, CSA and Pre and post Commissioning You will report to the Project Manager on each project Ensure that all commissioning requirements are carried out adhering to the health and safety standards Responsible for handover of plant to operations To be considered for the role commissioning manager you must: Previous experience working within Data Centres is essential Previous experience of working within a multi-skilled environment and managing multiple commissioning projects in a similar role Ability to evaluate mechanical and technical requirements Minimum HNC qualification in relevant electrical or mechanical engineering discipline Enthusiasm to work within the Data Centre industry Excellent Communication skills Benefits are subject to experience. Mechanical Engineer €80k - €85k per annum plus expenses paid Holland Permanent / 3 week rotation I am currently recruiting for Mechanical Engineers to work for a main contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre based in Holland. My client is a €400 million turnover Main Contractor with projects across Europe. I am seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a new project of theirs in Holland. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful data centre contractors in Europe with a strong progression plan in place and a very generous remuneration package. You will be joining a project in its early stages, with an opportunity to grow with the business and be transferred to one of their other projects following Project Completion. Duties will include: Being responsible for the Mechanical package and installations of the project, then reporting and updating the Project Manager. Managing the team of on-site engineers. Ensuring the installation of the project is completed in budget and on time. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a Data Centre, Wafer Fab or Pharma projects. Due to the nature of the position I need recent data centre or mission critical project experience in your background and ideally experience delivering €20 million + packages.
