Project Manager Prime Refurbishments

A Chartered Prime Refurbishment Main Contractor with over 30 years of experience are seeking an adaptable Project Manager to run 2 x Prime Residential Refurbishments in London.

The company has an incredible reputation in the market both for being a great place to work (Lots of long-term team members) and delivering an exceptional product.

The company

Prime Residential Refurbishments is all the company do. Operating on projects from 2 - 12 million with 6 - 9 projects running simultaneously. With a team of 30 + you'll be joining a tight knit team who'll pick up the slack for one another.

With a turnover of 30 million, they are at the perfect point of being financially stable, but not where you're just a number to the business.

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will be between two projects in Central London and their office in South West London.
The two projects are 2 refurbishments, one at 4 million and the other at 3million.

The company pride themselves on being incredible well-resourced so not to over stretch members of the team and ensure quality is maintained throughout their projects.

The Project Manager - Requirements

  • High end residential experience 2 Million + budgets
  • Programming experience - MS Projects
  • Experiences in complex refurbishments
  • Good people management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Carpentry background is preferred
