Site Manager

A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a key phase within a multi-block regeneration scheme in the South West London area.

The Project

You'll be responsible for an RC frame block that comprises 64 apartments over 5 storeys. The scheme includes a mix of affordable housing and private sale.

The Role

The project has recently topped out and is moving into the facade and internal fit-out stages. As Site Manager, you'll take the lead on:

• Overseeing brickwork, scaffold adaptations and internal trades
• Managing 1st and 2nd fix through to handover
• Ensuring build quality, safety and programme compliance
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong communication across site teams

This role would suit a solid all-rounder with strong finishing and coordination experience across RC frame residential projects.
